Military Role and Summary: (Paragraph or two is fine)I was a Military Intelligence Officer.  I served as a Counterintelligence Officer in Korea.  In Texas I served on the G3 Operations staff and as a Company Commander of an Intelligence and Surveillance Company.  I served as an Armor Brigade S2 in Germany.

Fondest Military Memory: Serving as an Intelligence Officer in Germany, in the Fulda Gap, during the Cold War.  

Why serve in the VFW: (Paragraph or two is fine) I serve in the VFW because we veterans need each other and need to look out for each other.  We can depend on each other.  I am also grateful to promote patriotism among the youth of our area, in a time when many are attacking that virtue.
